Description

Contrary to normal release agent that use only mineral base oil, KAL-RB200 is superb water soluble die casting release agent ( emulsion type ) for aluminum which contain organic
compound as main component and also synthetic circle fluid ( which has excellent lubrication ability),etc as base oil. Accordingly, contrary to the other products that have only release ability, KAL-RB200 carry out effective and economical release act as having high dilution rate and extended service life of mold. And their neutral PH can minimize harmfulness to human body and environment

How To Use

• Pour proper quantity of water into tank.
  
• Pour KAL-RB200 into tank.
  
• Stir a mixture and use.
  
• Initially maintain same dilution rate as before for 1 ~ 2 days and then raise dilution rate gradually. Eventually fix the most suitable dilution rate.
